Because we Glamour beauty girls are slightly obsessed with wedding hairstyles accessories. In fact, I wore a gold, leafy headband from Etsy seller Feathers and Frills to my own wedding last September (photos here). The thing is, with a really fantastic celebrity hairstyles, you don’t have to fuss that much to make your look memorable, lovely and unique. If you’re short on inspiration, you needn’t look any further than the red carpet. Keep an eye out for stars with hair texture and length that’s similar to your own and steal their fancypants ‘dos. Here are some of my favorite ideas, inspired by a few of Hollywood’s best tressed:

Long, loose hair with a twinkling headband
This one’s great for a laid-back bride who doesn’t want to spend much time on her hair the day-of. The beauty of a hairstyle inspired by the look Zooey Deschanel has here is that it requires almost zero hair-styling skill, yet it looks both feminine and festive. (Plus, it’s a great option if you already have a set of heavy bangs.
You could just blow your hair out as usual and add the headband. My pick: This lovely crystal rhinestone piece from Motrya.Or, if you want, create some swingy texture by curling sections on a 1-inch curling iron and misting with light hairspray, then very gently finger-combing to soften.
Put it back into a low pony when it’s slightly damp, smoothing on a couple drops of anti-frizz serum to tame flyaways and add shine. Then wind the tail around itself to form a bun and bobby-pin in place. Mist all over with strong-hold hairspray to keep the look sleek. This look’s also perfect for topping with a birdcage veil.

Have you ever noticed that most celebrities have perfect hairstyles? Stars like Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner and Reese Witherspoon seem to look fabulous with little effort. While you struggle everyday just to get your hair to all go the same direction. Why is that? They know the right products to use for every hair issue. With the following tips, you can have perfect celebrity hairstyles also.
If you have long hair like Demi Moore or Angelina Jolie, you may find that your hair is fly-away and hard to control. There is no need to worry about that, try running a leave in conditioner through your dry hair with your fingers. This will help to weigh down the hair (just slightly) allowing it to lay down perfectly with none of the fly-away issues that you may be used to experiencing.
For Curly hair that isn’t behaving the way Andie McDowell or Nicole Kidman’s hair does, don’t fret, it isn’t that hard to make it fall in line. There are plenty of products that are meant to be used especially for curly hair. Some of these products are made to be used with wet hair, while others are for dry hair. Depending upon how you prefer to do your hair, there is a product made for it, to ensure perfect celebrity hairstyles.
It may seem that women with short hair have it easy when it comes to keeping their perfect celebrity hairstyles with little effort. However, stars such as Lisa Rinna and Jamie Lee Curtis know better. They know the secret actually lies with blow drying and using the correct brush. When you blow dry your short hair, try using a round brush to mold the hair in the direction you want it to go. Another idea for hairstyles is to use putty on damp short hair for a funky style.
Thankfully, today, you don’t need to have your own personal hairstylist to look like you have one. All you really need is the desire to try different products and ways of using them. You also cannot be afraid to ask questions, if you see someone with a cut similar to yours, but styled in a way you had never thought of, stop them an ask them. Most people love to talk about themselves and you may just learn a little something along the way.
If you do happen to get stuck trying to find perfect celebrity hairstyles on your own, make an appointment with your hairdresser. They will be more than happy to help you find the correct products for your hair and your perfect hairstyle. This is what they are trained for and what they enjoy. Give them a chance to show off a little bit; you will be happy you did.
